We operate out of two offices Long Beach and Laguna Hills. We provide inspection and remediation services throughout Southern California including Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego and Riverside counties.
Fred Ananian, Tony Nocera and Bryan DeStefano founded Coastal Risk Management
in 2001 when health issues, related to mold, began to surface in the
media. Between the three of them, they have over 35 years of experience
in refurbishing single family homes, hands on property management and
working in the home improvement industry. They recognized that the traditional
method of investigation was very costly and time consuming. This method
was not suited for the needs of realtors and property management groups.
And so the Common Sense Method was developed.
